We have gathered a single window for inquiries, refunds, personal information requests, and reporting calculation errors. You can check it at the bottom of the screen under 'Inquire'.
When you inform us of something that appears to be a calculation error, please include the date and time of birth you entered. We do not save the input, so without that value, we cannot recalculate.
In Arabic and Khmer screens, the report will be generated in English.

If you are viewing the screen in Arabic or Khmer, the PDF report you purchase will be created in English. This is because the tool has not yet been able to format these two scripts into paragraphs.
You can still see the screen as it is, and the name written in the report will be exactly as you entered it.
The same information is also provided in advance on the payment screen. We will notify you here when the tool supports these scripts.
The calculation criteria will be included with the results.

Below the results screen and report, the calculation criteria (e.g., sajulink-natal-v1) are indicated. If the input is the same, the same value will always come out under the same criteria.
If the rules for interpreting myeongri are changed and the scores may differ, we will first post that fact and the effective date here. This is because the numbers in the result links you received previously may change.
The current criteria is v10, and payment is still in preparation.
